Room & bathroom dirty and not properly cleaned in months.
bathroom really tiny towels old and really shabby.
no hair dryer available at all in hotel -we were told to go to a hair salon !
front desk unwilling to phone to book a taxi .it was pouring rain and we had to go get one ourselves in the rain.
over all a bad bad first night experience in morocco.

i would recommend you de list this hotel asap.
