Chongqing is one of the most important cities in China. Located in the center meriddionale of the country, with a population of about 6 million inhabitants, the city is bordered to the east by the province of Hubei and Hunan to the south with the province of Guizhou, to the west with the province of Sichuan; to the north by the province of Shaanxi. The ideal time to visit the city is between late April and early May.
