Nearly perfect

My wife and i spent a wonderful two days and enjoyed our stay very much. just a few hiccups ,room not ready until 3.40 pm,electrics in room not great,i.e. worn sockets made it difficult to charge ipad phone or use hairdryer, had to ring for hairdryer as none in room on arrival. however overall the service levels were high and stafff very attentive and courteous. would return.
